Easter Lunch in Tuscany 1

This way of saying explains why many Italians travel during Eastern Holidays or they have lunch with friends more than at Christmas time.
Let’s start prepare our Easter lunch for friends coming to visit us.
We’re cooking as much as possible in advance so that Easter morning we do not have to wake up early.

Crostini con Erba Cipollina
Chive Crostini

150g robiola cheese
chives
salt
white pepper
bread


Chop the chives and mix it with the robiola cheese. Season with salt and pepperToast the slices of bread and then spread on the cream. Serve them immediately
