An idea for a Tuscan menu from Toscana Mia cooking classes last week

Apetizer/Starter  Antipasto

Black Olives Crostini

First course Primo Pasta

Tuscan Spaghetti with  Garlic and Cherry Tomatoes  
                           Pici all' Aglione 

Second Course  Secondo 
Balsamic Vinegar Scaloppine Scaloppine all' Aceto Balsamico
